  • In-person personal training involves working face-to-face with me to receive personalized exercise plans, guidance on form and technique, as well as motivation and support to achieve your fitness goals.

    I will create customized workout plans tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

    I will teach you correct exercise techniques to maximize results and prevent injuries.

    With a structured plan and expert guidance, you can make the most of your workout time, achieving results more efficiently.

    We will adjust your routine as you progress, keeping workouts engaging and effective.

    You will learn about fitness principles, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, empowering you to make informed choices for long-term health and wellness.

  • The frequency of personal training sessions depends on various factors, including your fitness goals, current fitness level, schedule, and budget.

    We can usually get most people started with just 3 sessions. But it will depend on the individual and their experience.

    Usually a few extra sessions or regular sessions will be more useful.

    When starting a new fitness program, more frequent sessions (e.g., 2-3 times per week) can be beneficial to establish proper form, learn new exercises, and build momentum.

    Once you become more proficient with your workouts and establish a routine, you may choose to reduce the frequency of sessions to 1-2 times per week for ongoing guidance, accountability, and progression. At this point I also offer online training for additional guidance, motivation and accountablity.

  • The average personal training session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

  • I offer personal training sessions at 24-7Fitness Gyms in Tallinn (Tabasalu / Avala / Hipodroomi / Tõnismäe)

  • Being open with your trainer will help you to get the most out of your personal training sessions. Being honest about your goals, your fitness, and what effort you are willing to put in, will help me to design a programme that fits with your lifestyle.

  • In this case I can offer online coaching through our training app.

    You can access workouts and coaching from anywhere, making it ideal for those with busy schedules or limited access to a gym.

    Online coaching provides flexibility in scheduling workouts, allowing you to exercise at times that suit you best.

    Online coaching can be more affordable than in-person training, you can get a month of coaching for less than the price of 2 personal training sessions.

    Just like in-person training, you will get personalized workout plans tailored to your goals, fitness level, and equipment availability.

    Our app has tools for tracking progress, setting goals, and communicating with your coach, providing accountability and motivation to stay on track.

    With my online coaching you will be provided with educational resources, video tutorials, and interactive tools to enhance your fitness journey and knowledge. All exercise are with video instructions.
